Videopro is seeking a full-time **Customer Service Assistant** to join our online team. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, we are looking for a customer service superstar to help guide our online customers through the buying journey. You will be well-spoken, friendly and enthusiastic to help our valued customers.
**Your role**
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for diverse and varied duties, which include:
- Speaking with customers on the phone in a friendly and positive manner;
- Answering and redirecting phone calls;
- Providing customers advice on their purchasing options;
- Assisting customers with order collections and enquiries;
- Taking payments and processing orders;
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including scanning & filing, product uploads, vendor order updates, freight and delivery times;
- Any other administration duties as required by the team.
**About you**
- Previous experience in a Customer ServiceAdministration Support role;
- A passion for providing exceptional service;
- Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel);
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload;
- High-level attention to detail and ability to use initiative and follow through on requests;
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with changing priorities;
- Ability to problem solve;
- Energy and enthusiasm.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
