Our business is primarily B2B and we operate mainly for other repair shops around Australia.

**The Position: Customer services manager.**

In the role as **Customer services Manager**, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for supporting our valued customer base, both stores and online. Your administration and customer service skills will need to be first class and as a valued team member you will need to liase with our internal technicians and staff to make the customer journey as smooth as possible.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing customer service primarily for after sales support & warranty returns
- Delivering on key performance indicators
- Decreasing response times and monitoring feedback from database
- Other general service requirements that maybe required

**The right person for this role**:

- Highly proactive with a can-do attitude
- Highly competent in customer service & warranty issues
- Enjoys working within a small but busy team environment
- Demonstrates a positive mindset for future growth
- Solutions focused a must have, "solutions not problems" is our mantra
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience managing warranty in Technology (highly preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
