We’re Hiring: Experienced Team Leader (Full-Time)
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our disability support team in Whittlesea. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in leading others, highly organised, and passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
Position Details:
- Full-Time - Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:00am - 3:30pm OR 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Location: Whittlesea

About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Mentor and support staff to deliver high-quality services
- Coordinate daily operations and schedules
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead by example and maintain a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous leadership experience in disability support (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions confidently
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
