**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Full Time permanent position
- Flexible and hybrid working - A mix of working in the Richmond office, working within the Aged Care sites and working remotely from home
- Reporting to the Lead Human Resources Business Partner, this role will provide HR operational support to Aged and Community Care frontline management team
- Be part of a supportive and dedicated HR team, in a purpose driven, not for profit organisation

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You will have strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to build robust and effective relationships across the business. You will have a passion for providing quality best practice HR support to your stakeholders and have experience working in an HR environment in a generalist or administration capacity. An understanding of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, award interpretation and workforce data reporting is highly desirable.
