As the Audit and Risk Coordinator you will be contributing to the development and execution of a risk-based program of audits that aligns to Council’s strategic directions.

You will also be leading the facilitation of Council’s Enterprise Risk management program including the delivery of Council’s risk strategy.

The role will be responsible for conducting internal audits, as well as providing advice to various internal and external stakeholders in relation to governance, risk and design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.

You will play a leading role to ensure that Council’s Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee is well functioning and meets its Charter.

Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
