**The Role**:
**Accounts Payable**:
- Input and code invoices to cost centre
- Check accuracy of invoices
- Process invoices
- Send invoices to Manager for payment approval
- Schedule pay runs
- Verify and process employee expense claims and manage the approval and payment process
- Update and maintain vendor details in a timely manner
- Maintain and manage the payment record on bespoke system
- Report on aged payables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable
- Identify improvements to the accounts payable process
**Accounts Receivable**:
- Raise invoices to debtors and be first point of contact for collection of payment when required
- Report on aged receivables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable
- Support creation of invoicing by the business
**Accounts Assistant**:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Support the month end process by providing supporting documentation for month end journals
- Maintaining accurate filing systems
As long as the duties are completed each week, working hours are flexible. You may prefer 3 full days, a 5 day fortnight or maybe school hours are more suited to you.
