**Role Summary**:

- Leadership and staff management
- Maximising IoT capabilities
- Technical oversight and solution development
- Strategic vision and stakeholder alignment
- Quality management and performance monitoring

**Required Attributes**:

- Demonstrated experience in effectively delivering and managing changes to a digital

product across an organisation and a commitment to the implementation of best practice

business process improvement and client focused service.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage a small number of specialised

technical staff.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

and engage with stakeholders as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills and understanding of project management

and agile methodologies and frameworks.

**Required Technical Experience**:

- Deep technical knowledge of relevant methodologies, programming languages and

practices, including:
for AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFront, AppSync.
- Good working knowledge and experience of full stack development, including
experience with major JS library/framework such as ReactJS or Angular.
- Experience working with server-side language/framework.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
- Good knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Integration in AWS Infrastructure as Code
(CloudFormation and/or CDK).
- Experience working with TDD, testing principles and experience writing unit tests.
- Experience interpreting and contributing to architectural designs and best patterns.
