We're on the hunt for a **Product Owner** to join the **Contactless Solution Delivery** team. This exciting Solution Delivery leadership role role is accountable for making value based decisions that inform what our team will deliver and in what order we will deliver it.

They champion the needs of our customers and stakeholders, evangelise the qualities of our solutions and help our sales, customers and project teams understand how to benefit from them, whilst remaining focused on the commercial viability of our offerings

This role will suit someone that loves a variety of responsibilities and working across multiple teams, in a global context.

**What will you be responsible for?**
- Define & document our solutions vision, strategic direction & roadmap for the delivery of new features and enhancements, bringing together our customer commitments, stakeholder needs and market trends.
- Discover, evaluate & prioritise new features and new platform enhancements based on value, using customer feedback to affirm and validate.
- Elaborate user stories and acceptance criteria for new features & enhancements to be delivered.
- Work with the Solution Lead to manage third party relationships with partners and vendors with whom we collaborate to provide solutions to our customers.
- Whenever possible, participate in market research and customer outreach activities, supported by sales & marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in performing in a Product Owner/Manager role, with a strong knowledge of Product principles
- Ability to lead and inspire others in delivering high quality standards and defined outcomes.
- Experience in working within an Agile environment
- Confident communicator that can work across multiple mediums, with both technical and non-technical audiences. Should be able to manage difficult conversations and be able to challenge others.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the potential to maintain relationships and networks both internally on a global scale and with external experts in your field.
- Passionate about continuous improvement and learning
- A strong understanding of SaaS solutions is desired
- Exposure to Design Thinking is desired.
