This dynamic and innovative eCommerce business in the lifestyle space has grown from strength to strength over the past few years with the leadership of their amazing founder and they are now looking for an experienced executive support person to help with further growth.

I am looking to speak to an** **experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support this founder.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Efficiently manage the CEO/Founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Content and Digital Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate content creation, social media campaigns, and brand messaging.
- Assist in organizing webinars, conferences, and other marketing events.
- **Personal Brand Management**:

- Help the CEO/Founder maintain a consistent personal brand across various social platforms.
- Monitor and engage with relevant industry influencers and thought leaders.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- **eCommerce Experience**:

- Familiarity with eCommerce operations, customer service, and order fulfillment.
- Ability to navigate online retail platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of executive assistant/administrative experience supporting senior executives.
- Proven track record in content and digital marketing.
- Understanding of personal branding strategies.
- Exposure to eCommerce or online retail environments.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
