Job Description

We are seeking an efficient, friendly and well organised person to join our team. This role will be a front line position, working with an engaged, driven and collaborative team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

This role provides exposure to a variety of administrative duties within the property sector and is the first step in your property career. You will have a passion for property, an attention to detail, a great personality and an interest in progressing through to Property Management.

You will be accountable for:

  • Managing front reception desk and telephone
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Contractor main point of contact
  • Tenant main point of contact
  • Creating social media content
  • Other administration duties as required

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will ideally have:

  • Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to complete traineeship in Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
