**The role**

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences. As a **Front Office Supervisor**, you will play a key operational role in supporting the Front Office Management and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Front Desk.

We’re looking for a proactive and service-driven leader to join the Crown Promenade team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while guiding and supporting their team.

**In this role, you will**:

- Assist the Front Office Management in overseeing daily operations and team performance.
- Lead by example, providing coaching and support to team members to ensure service excellence.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, guest queries, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor service standards and help resolve escalated guest concerns.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Crown’s hotel products, facilities, and broader offerings across the complex.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a hotel front office environment, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong operational focus with the ability to manage priorities and support team coordination.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (preferably OPERA).
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to upholding Crown’s five-star standards.

**Additional Information**:
**This role requires**:

- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends, public holidays and some overnights
- A valid Victorian RSA Certificate
