**The role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic and capable Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the Crown Tower's Room Service team. Reporting to the Room Service Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operations of the department while providing hands on support and leadership to the team.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure Crown Tower's exceptional 5-star customer service standards are delivered.
- Provide leadership and role-model behaviours to support the team through training, coaching and development.
- Assisting with financial evaluation, such as COGs and labor costs.

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Previous supervisory experience in a similar premium hotel or premium, high volume restaurant environment is preferred.
- Availability to work Full Time across a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnights, weekends and public holidays
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to make key decisions under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levels.
