Finance & Administration Supervisor

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Finance and Administration Supervisor to join our team based in Huntingwood NSW. This position will be supporting the Senior Finance and Administration Manager by supervising the daily commercial operations within our NSW branch including leading a team of Sales and Rental Coordinators. We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in a similar position, has lead a smaller team and is looking for the next step in their career.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
Your responsibilities:

- Validate sales executive commissions, credits, invoicing, MCR requests, purchase orders, fleet appropriations and deletions
- Assist with month end reporting including P & L and balance sheet review, journal preparation with approval from Senior Finance and administration Manager.
- Liase with accounts department to set up new accounts, payments and assist with AR / AP invoice queries.
- Overall provide support to the Senior Finance and Administration Manager by supervising the daily commercial operations within the branch

Requirements for success:

- Qualifications in accounting or finance (CPA/CA is desirable)
- Experience leading and motivating a small team
- An understanding of branch operations
- Ability to build strong workshop relationships with different business partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
