**Your Role**:
As a Vehicle Suspension Fitter, you will be responsible for the fitment and installation of accessories to vehicles, contributing to the readiness and performance of 4WDs. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accessory Fitment**: Installing bullbars, towbars, snorkels, and other essential 4WD accessories.
- **Suspension Installation**: Fitting and upgrading suspension systems to ensure optimal vehicle performance, particularly in harsh conditions.
- **Preparation for Extreme Conditions**: Equipping 4WDs for use on mine sites and in other extreme environments.
- **Tyre Fitting & Wheel Alignments**: Ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and perform at their best with tyre fitting and accurate wheel alignments.
- **Pre-Delivery Inspections**: Conducting thorough inspections of new vehicles to ensure they meet delivery standards.
- **Fuel Tank Installation**: Installing fuel tanks and other components as part of vehicle setup.
- **Suspension Documentation**: Correctly documenting the suspension components fitted, in line with PMB and GVM upgrade requirements.
- **Housekeeping**: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- **Other Duties**: Assisting with various tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop.

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience in suspension fitting, accessory installation, or a similar automotive trade.
- Familiarity with 4WD vehicles and the challenges of preparing vehicles for extreme environments.
- Attention to detail, particularly when documenting and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Ability to work efficiently, maintaining quality and safety.
- Trade qualification in automotive mechanics or related field (preferred).
- Current driver’s license and your own hand tools (tool list will be provided).
