Our Client is an advanced manufacturing business providing critical precision components and assemblies to local and international customers. Servicing industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical, defense and more.

They are currently seeking experienced CNC Lathe and Mill Setters / Operators to join our growing team. This is a permanen full time position offering above award wages.

To be successful you will have:

- experience with programming and setting twin spindle, twin turret lathe and/or multi pallet horizontal machining centers.
- the ability to interpret, program and machine from drawings.
- the ability to use all types of measuring equipment.
- the ability to work as part of a team.
- ability to work to goals & targets with low supervision.
- the ability to work within an accredited quality system.

If no local hires are available, then our client will look to International Applicants being sponsored on the 482 (TSS) Visa, as per Australian Federal Government Rules.

482 Visa (TSS) Sponsorship

If you would like to be considered under a 482 Sponsorship you will require the following under Department of Home Affairs Immigration Requirements:
- Hold a Recognised International Professional Chef’s Qualification (Red Seal, City and Guilds, FETAC etc)
- Hold an IELTS English Test Certificate (5.0 Minimum in all 4 sections), or be a citizen of UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, or New Zealand
- Be able to move to Australia as soon as your Visa is granted (preferred)
- Double Vaccinated against Covid, or a Medical Exemption

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
