Client Services Administrator, $65,000 - $68,000 + Super, supportive and friendly working environment

**ADMINISTRATION TASKS**
- Administrative support for the general projects department
- Management of project documentation and site reports
- Purchase Orders and Invoices (PRONTO & SIMPRO systems)
- Document Control (filing, organising, archiving etc)
- Data Entry (Excel & Word)
- Completion of administration forms - Journals, Credits, New Debtors and New Suppliers etc.
- Reception Relief is required 1 day a week (2 hours).

**GENERAL**
- Answering & transferring incoming telephone calls
- Handling general customer enquiry’s
- Complete regular office procedures in accordance with Branch requirements
- Assist other managers or personnel when nominated
- Ensure company policies & procedures are being followed, including adherence to OH&S & Environmental guidelines.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong administration background
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Able to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Microsoft Suite including Excel (basic sums and formatting), and Word.
- Must work from the office 5 days a week - NO HYBRID OPTIONS AVAILABLE
- PRONTO / SIMPRO experience (highly desirable)
