The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning and consumer disputes. About the role
- Identify customer needs and assist them in accordance with VCAT service and quality standards.
- Manage your workload, act on urgent matters as a priority and escalate complex matters as required.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders including customers, colleagues, management, VCAT Members and other service users.
- Provide in-hearing and customer service support as required in accordance with VCAT's service delivery standards.

You are focused on providing great service and might have a background in hospitality, service delivery, administration or looking for your first role after finishing your studies. Whatever it is, if you believe the characteristics below describe you, we want to hear from you
