Gold Coast, Australia PFD Food Services Full time

**Hourly Rate + casual loading + OT, loadings and allowances (where applicable) - approximately 20 to 25 hours per week across various shifts**

**Key Responsibilities**

- Be the first and key point of contact for our customers;
- Create and maintain excellent customer relationships;
- Process customer orders and/or enquires;
- Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**

- Excellent communication and organisational skills including telephone manner;
- Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry;
- Great computer skills (including Word, Excel);
- Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.
