**Position Role/ Responsibilities**:
Typical duties include:

- Onboarding and managing site induction process
- Preparation of documents to assist with invoicing
- Assist with estimating and quoting of jobs
- Purchasing & Procurement of materials
- Assist in the development, review & submission of safety & QA documentation

**Key Skills & Experience**

The successful applicant will have:

- Strong skills in Microsoft office; Outlook, Word, Excel
- An ability to learn and take on new challenges independently
- Good communication skills
- Be Business minded

**Desired attributes**
- Experience working in the construction industry or on construction sites in any capacity is a plus
- OHSE Knowledge or expertise
- Engineering Experience
- Contract administration experience
- CAD or Drafting Skills
- Ability to read plans & drawings

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wangara, WA 6065
