We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Whether you’re a recent university graduate looking to gain valuable construction and flooring experience or have previous flooring experience, this opportunity offers genuine career progression in a stable and respected business.

**The Role**

You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between our internal team and clients. This is a full-time, on-site position with an **immediate start available**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and send quotations based on client requirements and site measurements
- Liaise with our on-site measurer to review project details, scope, and materials required
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm product availability, lead times, and pricing
- Raise and manage purchase orders for all flooring materials and accessories
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure materials are on-site in line with project timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners
- Review site measurements and plans to confirm material quantities and installation details
- Assist with resolving on-site queries and liaise with installers where required
- Ensure installers are briefed on project details, product specifications, and site requirements
- Communicate professionally with clients to provide updates, confirm selections, and manage expectations
- Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks and processes as needed

- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
