**Job Title: Operations Manager**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage bakery staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including HACCP and other food industry standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce costs.
- Work closely with sales and distribution teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee maintenance of bakery equipment, ensuring proper functionality and minimizing downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience as an **Operations Manager** or similar role in a bakery, food manufacturing, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of bakery production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP, FDA, and OSHA standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
