Located in at our brand-new facility in **Kemps Creek**, the **Warehouse Team** Leader **will support the Warehouse Manager, by leading the day to day operational activities ensuring the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of our products. You will be a hands-on, task orientated leader that enjoys working as part of the team.

The **Warehouse Team** Leader** will perform daily warehouse responsibilities, along with managing the administration and reporting requirements for the warehouse distribution team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** **Lead all inbound and outbound activities on the floor.
- Together with the Warehouse Manager, lead day to day staff activities and coordinate process and system efficiencies & improvements.
- Lead & be part of all EHS initiatives in the warehouse.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team and other Key Stake holder in the business, to maintain high customer service.
- As team leader you will be the backup in the absence of the Warehouse Manager, working closely with Supply Chain Management.

**Experience required**:

- Store Person experience within an engineering or manufacturing business
- Experience leading a team with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- High reach forklift license and experience
- Strong computer skills with knowledge using Microsoft office software & working experience within ERP systems
- Organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Problem solving skills with the ability to think outside of the box and come up with safe and innovative solutions to problems and determination to solve them
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Genuine commitment to customer service, quality, health & safety issues
