**About Us**

Terra Mining are a dynamic leader in Western Australia’s mining sector, which rapidly expanding its portfolio of projects across the region.

As we embark on new ventures and continue to grow, we have achieved the role as the primary mine operator at Extension Hill, situated 270km southeast of Geraldton.

The remarkable achievements at this site so far have sparked an increase in our operational demands which will now include the crushing operations out there. With this new addition to the project, we will be seeking an experienced **Crushing Manager** to join the Terra Mining team.

**About The Position**

Based in our Perth office, working Monday to Friday and reporting to the COO, the **Crushing Manager** is responsible for all operational personnel in crushing and blending operations as well as liaising with client representatives and senior management.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include but not be limited to
- Plan the daily operations of the crushing plant including production efficiency and cost effectiveness of operations.
- Prepare operational schedule and coordinate production activities.
- Identify opportunities, develop strategies and execute the plan for operational improvement.
- Participate in the development of annual operating budgets.
- Ensure compliance requirements are meeting Terra Mining operating standards.
- Travelling to site when needed.

**What we are seeking**

A mining/crushing professional who is motivated and values safety first along with excellent organization and communication skills.
- Previous experience managing and supervising crushing plant operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of mining rules and regulations
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the mining industry
- A valid Australian drivers licence

You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
