**About role**
An opportunity to make a real difference in the community.
Seeking caring and committed people to support several disabled clients to remain living independently at a group home by helping them achieve daily activities such as:
- Preparing meals
- Light domestic tasks
- Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing
- Going on outings (in the community)
- Taking medications
- Participating in physical therapy
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
