The Marketing & Communications Co-ordinaor will be involved in the day-to-day execution of the marketing plan for Powerledger. Reporting to the Communications Manager, whilst also working closely with the Marketing Manager, this position requires someone with excellent attention to detail and ability to complete tasks on deadline. The goal is to raise awareness of the Powerledger brand, amplify thought leadership in both the energy and blockchain industries, and generate qualified leads for the business development team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** B2B Marketing.** Assisting the Marketing Manager in the implementation of all marketing activities. Such as (but not limited to) social media, LinkedIn campaigns, electronic direct mail, client events (briefings and roundtables). These will drive engagement with customers, promote product launches and generate qualified leads.
- ** Sales and Product marketing material.** Assisting the business to produce decks that are within brand guidelines, for both the product team and business development team.
- ** Social Media. **To assist in developing, creating and implementing organic and paid social media campaigns, whilst also helping to respond to direct messages and comments.
- ** Website Management.** You will also assist in both editing and publishing content on our website.
- ** Articles and content. **You will be required to assist the team in reviewing articles and content prior to publication.
- ** Analytics**. You will provide analytics on website, social media and lead performance, as required by the business.

**Outcomes**

**Website visitation**: increase audience engagement and leads generated from the website.

**Social Media**: maintain engagement across social media, by executing a strategic 'always on' calendar of social media activity.

**Qualified Leads**:assist the marketing team in achieving the qualified lead target per month. Reporting back on this achievement.

**Brand guardian**:maintain brand integrity across any decks you produce so that there is consistency. Ensure any collateral you design adheres to our brand and copy guides. Act as a brand guardian alongside others in the marketing team to ensure any marketing or public facing collateral adheres to brand guidelines.

**Target focused**: able to assist the marketing team to achieve the targets set out by each campaign (ie - target of leads generated, target of RSVP to event, target of downloads etc)

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations preferred
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience within a B2B marketing environment is preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience using social media, Falcon and Hubspot (CRM) is preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to work proactively with internal and external stakeholders
- High level written and verbal communication skills with excellent proof-reading skills
