**About the role**

The role of the Quality Coordinator is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout the manufacture and delivery of Bradnam's Windows and Doors products. As a key member of the operations leadership team, the Quality Coordinator plays a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality procedures specific to manufacturing of aluminium windows and doors. This role ensures that products meet stringent regulatory requirements, project specifications, and industry standards, while also driving continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality policies for manufacturing and delivery of aluminium windows and doors
- Conduct regular product inspectionsIntegrate
- Quality checks with-in production lines and despatch areas
- Lead Quality focused training programs
- Support continuous improvement across lifecycle of products,
- Co-ordinate and support internal and external audits
- Oversee and co-ordinate NCR management system

- Background in quality and/ or manufacturing
- Experience in made to order manufacturing environment
- Proficient in excel,
