Salon Gabrielle is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's social media and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth. As the Social Media and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and monitoring competitor activity.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and manage compelling content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to extend reach and drive audience engagement
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media and Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus

Pay: From $60,858.66 per year
