The Marketing Coordinator assists with the implementation of key fundraising projects including major lotteries, bequests and donation appeals.

**About this Opportunity**

To support the Lotteries and Fundraising Project Manager with maximising profitability, building growth and sustainability of allocated lottery and fundraising campaigns/projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with implementing lottery and fundraising campaigns including eDM and SMS communication
- Development and implementation of social media plans including monitoring to ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner
- Content creation to support campaigns and initiatives
- Reporting and updating database for lottery and fundraising campaigns/projects
- Coordinate and attend lottery prize draws
- Prize supplier relationship management

**Skills and Experience**:

- Project/campaign coordination experience
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Digital marketing expertise
- Attention to detail
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively, build relationships and consult with a range of stakeholder across the organisation and externally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Team player and flexible approach to work
- Commitment to accuracy, efficiency and high standards
- Consistently uphold the values of the client through all interactions
- Willingness to work flexibly to meet the client's reasonable needs

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing
- Digital marketing experience
- Not-for-profit experience preferred
