In alignment with Brand and Customer Strategies, you will help enable marketing and content prioritisation and operational effectiveness

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator with a can-do attitude for one of our major Perth clients. Working closely with all delivery leads to support planning and ensure priorities align to their customers' needs and business objectives.

**The following covers some of your responsibilities**
- Design and deliver effective marketing and content operation tactics
- Support a central triage approach to marketing and content including using workflow tools
- Coordinate the prioritisation, tracking and reporting of Marketing and Content work tasks and the means to achieve this
- Reinforce adherence to the customer engagement framework, making sure the right message reaches the right audience, on the right channel at the right time
- Maintain integrity of marketing data and input into the measurements framework across channels to help provide alignment and focus across activity
- Maintain job tracking/workflow systems
- Accurately reflect and provide visibility of marketing and content activity at all times
- Coordinate reporting to demonstrate Marketing and Content effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**
- Tertiary level qualification in marketing, communications, public relations, business or a related discipline
- Considerable experience in similar marketing or digital delivery role
- Stakeholder management experience with effective engagement, negotiating and influencing skills in a large multi-disciplined service-based organisation
- Relevant experience in production, agency or marketing capacity in offline, online and analytical roles
- Relevant experience using MarTech and marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of business administration processes and practices
- Demonstrate the capability to contribute to and implement marketing operation strategies
- Possesses exceptional attention to detail and solid analytical skills
- Effective at analysing performance against marketing targets and coordinate reports
- Work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment and readily adapt to change
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing deadlines

**Desirable**
- Practical understanding of the key drivers of business and government
