**SCCM Administrator**
- Initial 6-month contract
- Work for a government client based in Perth

Our government client is seeking a SCCM Administrator with experience in Configuration Management environment for the MOE.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensures Desktop Application Packages are advertised correctly within the Configuration Management environment for the MOE.
- Provides support to Managed Operating Environment (MOE), ensuring it is kept up to date.
- Tests and implements updates to the Managed Operating Environment.
- Performs event management activities on Business and Operational systems in line with the prescribed Service Management Framework.
- Knowledge of Servicenow would be an advantage (not essential).

**Key skills**:

- Manage, support, and maintain the Managed Operating Environment (MOE), both physical and virtual.
- Regularly seeks feedback and monitors own performance against targets, continuously seeking to improve.
- Follow and adhere to the Change Management Processes
- Group Policy Management.
- Maintain device and SCCM system health, ensuring all updates are applied and installing correctly, resolving any agent issues.
