Central Coasts premier hospitality venue is looking for a Duty Manager's & Assistant Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a great role for a Hospitality pro to use their skills to lead a team of personality plus professionals. This is a venue when no shift is the same. It will move from fine dining functions to lively bar vibes and you will be at the heart of all the action. We host some of rhe country’s leadings bands and djs

To succeed in this role you will need the following
- Proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue
- A passion for the industry and commitment to a successful career in hospitality
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
- Extensive restaurant & bar experienced
- Ability to train and development staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
- Desire to expand your skillset under the Venue Manager

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gosford, NSW 2250: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
