Land Access Officer - AMG

Reporting to the State Team Lead, the primary purpose of the Access Officer is to produce access documentation for internal and external customers, based on client requirements.- This position is a Permanent Full-time Opportunity with a flexible working environement, offering 3 days in the office at Cremorne, Victoria and 2 days from home.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Prepare Activity notices in accordance with client specifications and regulations
- Undertake due diligence activities utilising relevant websites and platforms to investigate build constraints.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of notifications complies with contractual requirements and meets customers' expectations.
- Work within a large supportive and experienced team.

**About You**
- Possess a sound knowledge of the Land Access function.
- Telecommunications experience will be highly regarded.
- Experienced in working in a similar role dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite. Particularly: Excel, Word, Outlook
