Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role will source, attract, and recruit professionals with the specialized skills necessary for the specialist emergency medical clinic.

We’re looking for someone with
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the related field. Strong understanding of emergency clinics and industry requirements along with Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach to recruitment challenges

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and attract top talent for specialist emergency medical center.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging skills within the emergency management sector.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment law, workplace agreements, and dispute resolution processes.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- Skills:

- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure.
