This role offers the opportunity to work from home, following a 6-month probation period.

**What you need**:

- Polished and clear communication skills
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a reservations role will be highly considered
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs is essential
- A working knowledge of OPERA desirable
- Flexible availability to commit to a 7 day rotational roster between the hours of 7am to midnight
