Claim handling experience (insurance/ loss adjusting)
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections
- History working with KPI’s and deadlines
- Detail oriented and the ability to multitask
- Able to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively
- Self motivated and comfortable in a work from home environment
**Position Activities**:
- Conduct introduction calls with clients that have engaged our services
- Analysing photo evidence of storm related damages provided
- Strategising claim management approach for successful claim completion with customers
- Analysis and critiquing of insurance prepared scopes and quotes
- Negotiating extent of damage with insurance using licensed reporting
- Organising and ensuring agreed settlement is issued to customers
- Facilitate the signing of building contracts to complete property repairs
**Must Haves**:
- Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics, high integrity, and be committed to always putting the customer first
- Minimum of 3-5 years of claim handling experience
- High attention to detail with an analytical mind
- Ability to make decisions and "think on your feet"
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Adept at using Google Business and CRM software
- Prior experience and or qualifications in the construction or insurance industry will be advantageous
**Compensation**:
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
