- Attractive annual salary of $127,391 - $140,380 p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation
- Location: Sydney Olympic Park, RFS State Headquarters (hybrid working arrangements available)

**What You’ll be doing**:

- A Degree in a relevant health discipline (e.g. occupational health nurse, exercise physiologist, physiotherapist) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years leadership, coaching and/or mentoring experience in a similar role
- Case management experience in non-compensable health conditions
- Project management experience with a focus on implementation in complete cohorts
- Experience in using a claims management system
