**_About the role_**

The **Domestic Services Supervisor** will be hands on and lead a team of cleaners to ensure that cleaning services are delivered to the highest standards. The position holder is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily domestic services functions and linen services across Calvary Health Care Kogarah.

- Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.
- Demonstrated ability lead a team and ensure compliance with the NSW Health Environmental Cleaning Policy.
- Excellent skills in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of WH&S guidelines and Infection Control Principles.
- Previous experience cleaning within hospital environment and awareness of contemporary environmental services management issues.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in both written and spoken English and including a commitment to customer service.
- High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel. Kronos) and sound administrative skills which includes rostering of staff.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and have effective time management skills with the ability to work a 7-day rotational roster if required ad commitment to own professional development.
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
