**MYER** is looking for a **Salesforce Technical Lead** for our Myer Loyalty related Applications. You will also act as a Functional and Technical SME for Myer Loyalty management system solutions.

**About the role**:
- Act as a Functional and Technical SME for Myer Loyalty solutions - platforms include Mastercard Session-M, Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Experience in working with a CI/CD pipeline in a development environment.
- Developing and reviewing functional and technical designs as part of new initiatives.
- Successfully designing, constructing, integrating, and deploying Salesforce and Loyalty developed capability.
- Provide Technical direction and leadership/mentoring to the existing Myer Loyalty Support team.
- Provide Technical Leadership and Direction to Myer partners in delivery of projects and solutions relating to Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Mastercard Session M
- **Keep abreast of new technology and trends in the Salesforce and Session M services area and distribute this knowledge to other members of the team.**
**About you**:
- Skilled in providing technical direction relating to Salesforce technical teams and projects using Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Preferred experience with Mastercard Session - M platform. Admin and/or Development
- Highly experienced in integration, data mapping and customizations
- Preferred knowledge and some experience with Dev-ops
- Preferred knowledge of Google Cloud Reporting (GCP)
- In depth knowledge of Data Cleansing and Data Loading
- Working knowledge of HTML, Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, XML
- Experience with agile / scrum and waterfall development methodologies.
- Good understanding and experience with Web Server, JEE Application Server, Messaging, Database and Web Services technologies
- Integration experience with external solutions and systems using Web Services, Messaging and Transaction Brokering
- Preferred experience with delivery of Loyalty and Marketing projects
- Certified in a relevant Salesforce qualification: Salesforce Developer, Administrator, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud
