**Remuneration**: Band 4 salary from $75,802.48 per annum (pro-rata) plus superannuation

**Location**: Werribee based

**About the role**

Reporting to the Team Leader Data Quality, you will play a key role in supporting the Information Management Unit with data management, auditing and control. You will assist with data cleansing including investigating and amalgamating or deleting duplicate records.

**What your day will look like**
- Interacting with customers using various methods including, electronic, face to face or by phone
- Maintaining Council customer records and data with a high level of accuracy and diligence
- Performing data maintenance activities
- Maintaining customer information using our Names and Address Register
- Aiding and advising teams across Council in regard to customer updates and Data Quality

**What you will bring**
- An exceptional eye for detail
- An amazing telephone manner
- A passion for customer data management and experience in a similar role
- Experience using Technology One Property and Rating, or a similar software
- Working knowledge of Privacy Legislation, data policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
