We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across Hampton, Mentone, Moorabbin, Clayton, Glen Waverley and Waverley Private.

This will be a** Full time position** with working shifts between the hours of **6:00am and 9:00pm**

**What will you be doing?**
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)Customer service/Administration Experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
