About the Role
- Assists the Food & Beverage management team to ensure that F&B outlets operate successfully and in accordance with brand standards
- To provide a warm welcome and seat arriving guests
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion, assisting other staff whenever required
- Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reports guest complaints or problems to supervisors if there is no immediate solution and assures follow‑up with guests.
- To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work to the set standards.
- Respond to guest enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, sharing local knowledge when possible
- To care for others, team members and guests alike, so they can be their best
- Must have valid working rights in Australia

Qualifications
To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:
- Good food and beverage service skills
- 1 year experience in a similar position
- Ability to work a rotational roster
- Current NSW RSA Competency Card
