The Queensland Government Critical Supply Reserve (QGCSR) is a program of work established to protect against supply chain disruption and secure critical supplies for Queensland. The reserve will ensure frontline workers have access to the supplies and equipment needed to support essential services. It will also ensure supply arrangements are not disrupted during a public health emergency or natural disaster, including bushfires, cyclones and floods.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven high-level ability and achievement in operational improvement and change across complex organisations to support delivery of the organisation's priorities.
- Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative and practical solutions for solving problems in large scale and complex change programs.
- Highly developed negotiation, influencing, consultative, communication and interpersonal skills suited to supporting business realignment and process improvement.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering transformational projects within a supply chain context is highly desirable.

**Qualifications and other requirements**:

- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
- It is a condition of employment for this role, for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 as per the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
