Talent Street is looking for **Work Stream Lead - ITC (A08)** for a QLD govt organization based in Brisbane.

Job Posting Title : Work Stream Lead
Contract Duration : Immediate - 12 Month Contract (with possible extension) **50/50 (Work From Home)**

**Role Description**:
The Work Stream Lead will work with multi-disciplinary teams and will use a PRINCE2 project management approach for delivery. It is anticipated this will be a large, complex project and the Work Stream Lead will be required to work across all levels of the organisation.

**Specifications and/or scope of works**:
This role will perform project management activities and has the following outcomes/accountabilities:

- Successful delivery of project work stream to agreed project parameters, outcomes and schedule.
- Effective engagement with business, suppliers and ICT project stakeholders.
- Development and update of project stream artefacts in compliance with client's governance and project management requirements.
- Adherence to defined configuration, change and problem management (and all other IT Service Management) processes.
- Project status monitoring and reporting as per ICT governance requirements.
- Effective management of the following: risks and issues, scope, quality, configuration, allocated project budget and resources.
- Other duties as required.

**Role Requirements**:

- 8-10+ year’s demonstrated experience working in a similar capacity on enterprise level ICT projects in a PRINCE2 environment, along with Practitioner level PRINCE2 certification.
- Previous experience managing projects related to Enterprise Content Management and/or electronic document and records management.
- Previous experience managing Information Management projects in a large, complex, government organisation.
- Experience in end-to-end ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) data migration projects.
- Negotiation skills with business and technical groups and demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable within a high pressure and changing environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced skills in MS Project, Visio and Excel.
