**Your role?**

The role supports internal and external communications and PR, including events, Social media activity and activations to drive engagement of employees and stakeholder relations, and provides coordination and assistance to key members of the team. Responsibility is also taken for maintaining compliance and reporting. The role reports to Director, HRBP with a dotted line to the EIC, and works collaboratively and closely with the Leadership team.

**What will you be doing?**

**Communication**
- Work with Management teams to create meaningful and impactful internal and external communications plans, events and communication across key external partners and internal priorities.
- Partner with Leadership and Recruitment in identifying, deliver and coordinate key external communication programs, activities and tactic
- Partner with EIC and Director, HRBP in identifying, deliver and coordinate key internal communication programs and activities
- Write and create timely and meaningful news and updates for Employees and external audiences, working in collaboration with PR/communications colleagues.
- Educate stakeholders about the benefits of increasing our external brand locally
- Help promote studio news and information to various audiences, including via media and PR.

**Public Relations**
- Support the Global PR team in tracking and responding to general media enquiries
- In partnership with the EIC, assist in the communication with Government and community bodies within the industry
- Management of local industry communication and delivering materials needed to promote ILM effectively within Australia
- Provide logístical support at events and activations.

**To be a contributing member of this team, you will have a mix of these skills**:

- Previous experience in the Film industry (or other related industries e.g. media) experience an advantage.
- Proactive
- A background in areas of media, communication/PR would be advantageous
- Resourcefulness, creativity, flexibility and a passion for ILM, Entertainment
- Ability to multitask in a team environment with ever-changing deadlines and strict budget constraints.
- General negotiation and relationship management
- High Attention to Detail
- Logical and Lateral thinker
- Excellent Time Management and organisation skills to ensure all priorities and multiple deadlines are met
