**The Position**

Position Title: Specialist Family Violence Advisor
Classification: NP75 - NP 77, YC46 - YC49, YB24 - YB27, PL1 - PL4
Salary per hour (exc. super): $49.42 - $58.63
Hours per fortnight: 80 (including ADO)
Employment Status: Fixed-term
Other requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination

**Role Description**

The Specialist Family Violence Advisor in Mental Health Services is part of the government response to the Royal Commission into Family Violence. The position is part of the Mental Health Professional Development team and works closely with the Strengthening Hosptail Resposnes to Family Violence program and sector partners to promote consistency and improve services and system responses to family violence.

**The Team**
- The Professional Development Unit (PDU) aims to provide professional development programs and supervision to Mental Health clinicians and students at Bendigo Health. Programs delivered assist clinicians in the effective delivery of quality clinical services by aiming to improve knowledge, skills & attitudes consistent with: best practice, National Standards for Mental Health Services, National Practice Standards for the Mental Health Workforce and Service development requirements.
