- **Salary: $85,790 to $95,413 (Pro-Rata) - ASO5 - Part Time 0.6 FTE / Temporary term up to 27 June 2025**

Overview:

- The Business Manager is accountable to the Nursing Director - Program Director range of the financial, human resources and administrative operations within the Metropolitan Referral Unit (MRU). This includes coordinating, planning and undertaking a range of workforce administration such as recruitment, selection and onboarding processes that support the work of the Nursing Director and MRU.
- The Business Manager also analyses, maintains and reports on workforce, financial and statistical data, identifies and rectifies anomalies and reviews and advises on savings initiatives.
- The Business Manager will have a very close working relationship with the MRU Clinical team and interact with relevant staff, as well as NGO providers on a regular basis and will undertake a variety of projects with limited direction.

**Criminal History Screening Requirement**
- A National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving ‘Unsupervised Contact with Vulnerable Groups’ is required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
- A DHS ‘Working With Children Check’ (WWCC) is required for this position

**Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (mínimal patient contact)**
