**What your days might look like**

Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, we’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Production Manager / Social Media Content Creator to join our in-house creative agency. In this role, you will lead the production of high-quality video content that resonates with our audience and amplifies our brand across various social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media best practices, creativity, and technical skills in videography.

**As Our Video Production Manager / Social Content Creator, you will**
- Be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring that each project is executed to the highest standard and aligns with our strategic goals
- Be capable of seeing the big picture while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all projects.
- Be highly proficiency in videography, including shooting, lighting, editing, and directing, with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Have a deep understanding of social media best practices and trends, enabling quick and impactful creative output.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication abilities for crafting engaging narratives and posts; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

**What you will bring?**
- Minimum 4 years in video production and social media content creation, with proven success in growing social media channels and engagement.
- Natural storyteller with a strong interest in video, motion design, and social trends, committed to elevating brand experiences through visual storytelling.
- Proactive and flexible mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions, supported by audience insights.
- Motivated individual thriving in fast-paced environments, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively across departments and organisational levels.

**Bonus Points**
- Willingness to appear on camera and basic motion design skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a bonus.
