**Responsibilities**
- **Video Editing**: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring a cohesive story and high-quality output.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging video content that aligns with project goals.
- **Post-Production**: Handle colour correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects as needed.
- **Project Management**: Meet deadlines for multiple projects while maintaining consistent quality and creativity.
- **Platform Optimization**: Edit videos optimized for specific platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, or television.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Work closely with clients or team members to incorporate feedback and deliver the desired results.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain video assets and project files for easy access and future use.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with industry trends and emerging editing techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and optimization techniques.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Creativity and a passion for visual storytelling.

**Work Environment**
- Work remotely or on-site depending on project requirements.
- Collaboration with creative teams, including directors, producers, and marketing teams.
