Verifact Traffic is highly regarded within the Traffic Management sector, supplying Traffic Control throughout Queensland.

Due to business change, we are requiring a Human Resources Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is scheduled for an immediate start.

**The Role**

This is a very ‘hands-on’ and diverse role, which includes the following responsibilities:

- General HR duties including onboarding, terminations, updating employee records etc;
- Maintaining employee records and licencing;
- Providing administration assistance with IR / Fair Work matters;
- Provide administrative support to the business;
- Uniform stock control, including issuing uniforms and completing stocktakes;
- Production of reports as required; &
- Data Entry.

**Skills & Attributes**
- Currently hold or is working towards a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or has work experience in this field;
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and is proactive;
- Have a strong ability to work in a team, whilst also being able to work autonomously;
- Professional phone manner and ability to deal with difficult phone calls;
- Must be a great organiser and attention to detail is vital to the role; &
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Springwood QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
