Position Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, industry awards, and organisational policies. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations while driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant awards, Fair Work requirements, and other employment legislation.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support staff capability and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee payroll and ensure accurate application of pay rates, allowances, and entitlements.
  • Support senior management with workforce planning, HR reporting, and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Ram Care's values.
